Who We Are
Artistry Community is a Canadian non-profit organization incorporated in 2024 under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act.
We create curated online exhibitions that support artists and expand access to cultural experiences beyond physical and geographic limitations. Our work responds to the growing need for sustainable, accessible exhibition models that allow artists’ work to be shared, revisited, and archived over time.
Artistry Community presents exhibitions through a dedicated online platform designed to complement physical exhibitions or operate independently, reaching broader audiences and supporting long-term cultural visibility.
By working with artists, curators, and interdisciplinary collaborators, we aim to build inclusive exhibition structures that prioritize access, artistic context, and cultural continuity.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support artists and audiences by creating curated, accessible, and lasting online exhibitions.
We believe exhibitions should:
- Be thoughtfully curated, not automated
- Be accessible beyond geography, time, and physical barriers
- Center artists’ practices, stories, and creative processes
- Remain available as cultural archives, not disappear after closing
- Through online exhibitions, we aim to enrich cultural experiences while supporting artists in meaningful and sustainable ways.
Why Online Exhibitions
Traditional exhibitions are often limited by space, time, and resources.
Even when artists are able to exhibit their work, in-person shows may reach only a small audience and often leave no lasting record once the exhibition ends.
Online exhibitions offer a different possibility.
They allow exhibitions to:
- Reach audiences across regions and communities
- Exist alongside or independently from physical exhibitions
- Be revisited, shared, and archived over time
- Create space for education, dialogue, and long-term visibility
Artistry Community’s exhibitions are designed to complement, not replace, physical exhibitions – expanding their impact and lifespan through digital presentation.
